BUSINESS & CONTACT
Last updated: 17 December 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tasty Truck website and services (the “Services”). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
We are Tasty Truck. Our business and contact details are shown above under “Business & Contact”.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to place an order.
3. Orders and contract formation
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
- We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to availability, delivery coverage, or suspected fraud).
- A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept your order.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are shown during checkout.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
5. Delivery and collection
- Delivery and collection times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- If delivery is selected, you are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact details, and for being available to receive the order.
- If collection is selected, you are responsible for arriving at the selected time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because our food is cooked to order and may be prepared immediately, cancellation requests may not be possible once preparation has started. If there is an issue with your order (for example, missing items or incorrect items), please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Allergens and special instructions
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must tell us using the allergy information/toolkit and/or the special instructions box at checkout. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services (for example, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in a way that breaks applicable laws).
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Services (including branding, text, and designs) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes (subject to any mandatory consumer protections).
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
